Hi Everyone my name is Aisling and you may recognise me from my Youtube channel. I m an Irish girl who has been making youtube videos for almost 2 years and I feel now I am at the point were I want to start blogging. I get so many video requests its not possible for me to do them all so I am hoping this blog allows me to give more back to you. I am a qualified Nutritionist, I was awarded a BSc from DIT 2years ago and have been running my own nutrition clinic very since.
